This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and PraiseTune, a service operated by Manuel Di Criscito, sole proprietorship, VAT no. IT14039020962 (Italy) ("PraiseTune", "we", "us").
This EULA agreement governs your acquisition and use of our PraiseTune software ("Software") directly from PraiseTune or indirectly through a PraiseTune authorized reseller or distributor (a "Reseller").
Please read this EULA agreement carefully before completing the installation process and using the PraiseTune software. It provides a license to use the PraiseTune software and contains warranty information and liability disclaimers.
If you register for a free trial of the PraiseTune software, this EULA agreement will also govern that trial. By clicking "accept" or installing and/or using the PraiseTune software, you are confirming your acceptance of the Software and agreeing to become bound by the terms of this EULA agreement.
If you are entering into this EULA agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity and its affiliates to these terms and conditions. If you do not have such authority or if you do not agree with the terms and conditions of this EULA agreement, do not install or use the Software, and you must not accept this EULA agreement.
This EULA agreement shall apply only to the Software supplied by PraiseTune herewith regardless of whether other software is referred to or described herein. The terms also apply to any PraiseTune updates, supplements, Internet-based services, and support services for the Software, unless other terms accompany those items on delivery. If so, those terms apply.
License Grant
PraiseTune hereby grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the PraiseTune software on your devices in accordance with the terms of this EULA agreement.
You are permitted to load the PraiseTune software (for example a PC, laptop, mobile or tablet) under your control. You are responsible for ensuring your device meets the minimum requirements of the PraiseTune software.
You are not permitted to:
- Edit, alter, modify, adapt, translate or otherwise change the whole or any part of the Software nor permit the whole or any part of the Software to be combined with or become incorporated in any other software, nor decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the Software or attempt to do any such things
- Reproduce, copy, distribute, resell or otherwise use the Software for any commercial purpose
- Allow any third party to use the Software on behalf of or for the benefit of any third party
- Use the Software in any way which breaches any applicable local, national or international law
- use the Software for any purpose that PraiseTune considers is a breach of this EULA agreement
User Generated Content
By using PraiseTune, you may submit, upload, or create content such as song lyrics, chords, arrangements, setlists, collections, notes, and attachments (images, PDFs, audio files) ("User Content"). You retain full ownership of your User Content. PraiseTune does not claim any ownership over it.
Your User Content is private by default and is only visible to you, except where you deliberately choose to share it with other people — for example by inviting members to a Team or sharing a collection or setlist with specific users. In those cases, your User Content is visible only to the people or scope you selected. The public library is a separate, curated collection of songs that PraiseTune publishes directly with the permission of the relevant artists, publishers, or rights holders; ordinary users cannot submit content to it.
You grant PraiseTune a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, back up, synchronise, format-convert, and technically process your User Content solely for the purpose of operating the Software and providing it to you (and to anyone you have chosen to share it with, as described above). This licence ends when you delete the relevant content or your account, subject to our data retention practices described in the Privacy Policy.
PraiseTune does not sell, licence, sublicense, or otherwise use your User Content for advertising, marketing, AI model training, or any purpose unrelated to providing the Software to you, and will not do so without asking for your separate, explicit consent first.
You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, permissions, and consents to submit the User Content and to grant the licence granted herein. Many songs, lyrics, and arrangements are protected by copyright: you are solely responsible for making sure you hold the necessary rights or licences (for example a CCLI licence or equivalent) before uploading, converting, or using such material, including material shared with a Team. You agree not to submit any User Content that infringes upon or violates the rights of any third party, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or publicity rights.
PraiseTune reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to remove or restrict access to any User Content that it reasonably believes infringes a third party's rights, breaches this EULA, or is otherwise unlawful, and to suspend the relevant account when necessary. PraiseTune is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of User Content submitted by other users, and expressly disclaims any liability related to it.
By submitting User Content, you acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for your own User Content and the consequences of submitting, posting, or sharing it. PraiseTune does not endorse any User Content or any opinion, recommendation, or advice expressed therein.

Team Accounts and Group Libraries
A Team can have more than one administrator: any member granted administrator rights can manage the Team, its membership, and its billing, and more than one member may hold billing responsibility for the same Team at the same time. The Team's shared library (collections, setlists, songs, and attachments made available to the Team) belongs to the Team as a whole, not to any single member, and remains accessible to all current Team members regardless of who originally created or uploaded it, or which administrator's payment is currently active.
If an administrator steps down or leaves the Team, any remaining administrator can continue running the Team and its shared library without interruption, and can grant administrator rights to another member. If a Team is ever left with no administrator at all, PraiseTune may assign the administrator role to another existing member so that the Team and its shared library are not lost.
When a member changes a song in the shared library, other Team members are notified of who made the change. PraiseTune does not currently keep a version history of past edits to a song, so changes cannot be rolled back within the app; keep your own copy (for example a PDF or ChordPro export) of anything you would need to recover.
Intellectual Property and Ownership
PraiseTune shall at all times retain ownership of the Software as originally downloaded by you and all subsequent downloads of the Software by you. The Software (and the copyright, and other intellectual property rights of whatever nature in the Software, including any modifications made thereto) are and shall remain the property of PraiseTune.
PraiseTune reserves the right to grant licences to use the Software to third parties.
Service Continuity
PraiseTune is currently operated by a single developer. If PraiseTune ever needs to shut down the service, we will give registered users reasonable advance notice where possible, so that you have time to export your content before it happens. You can already export your songs and setlists as PDF or ChordPro files at any time from within the app, independently of PraiseTune's own servers.
Termination
This EULA agreement is effective from the date you first use the Software and shall continue until terminated. You may terminate it at any time upon written notice to PraiseTune.
It will also terminate immediately if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA agreement. Upon such termination, the licenses granted by this EULA agreement will immediately terminate and you agree to stop all access and use of the Software. The provisions that by their nature continue and survive will survive any termination of this EULA agreement.
Governing Law
This EULA agreement, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with this EULA agreement, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of it.
